OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TRADING INFORMATION

1. The following terms and conditions apply to all our orders and supersede all others. When placing an order with us you are acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions as written below. We have the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.

2. PAYMENTS

All payments are to be paid and cleared in our bank account before design work is sent to print, unless different terms apply and has been agreed and written in writing by us.

3. PRINT

We will make every effort to create the best possible colour reproduction from the digitally supplied images and the finished printed piece, Purple Spot cannot guarantee an exact match of colour.

Digital and print quality sometimes have distinct differences. The materials used for printed finishes each absorb ink in difference ways, hence the colours may vary slightly.

Artwork supplied by you must have a minimum of 3mm bleed. This is the cutting area. 

E.g. if you were to print an A6 leaflet the size would be 111m x 154.50mm. This will ensure none of your artwork is cut during the finishing stages.

ALL DESIGNS MUST BE CMYK NOT RGB

We will only accept the following formats for prints; JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI

If you have another format you wish to print, please contact our support team via the live chat and they will be able to guide you further.

4. GRAPHIC DESIGN

All designs created by Purple Spot will remain our property until full payment is received by you. We will archive your designs, which will allow for faster printing or editing the next time you require so. After payment has been received by full you will own the copyrights to the designs. If you require the images to be deleted from our archive, please contact us.

Purple Spot will make every effort to meet the clients (yours) deadline, but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. ARTWORK PROOFS

Proofs of works must be requested by the client (you) and are not supplied as standard. While proofing and making sure your artwork is correct is the responsibility of the client Purple Spot will contact the client if mistakes are to be noticed during the preparation stage before print.

Purple Spot cannot be held liable for spelling, image or any other mistake that has been supplied by the client.

6. DELIVERY

Purple Spot will make every effort to deliver print jobs on agreed deadlines, but we cannot guarantee or be held liable for loss, delay or error in the delivery of goods.

7. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted print jobs due to the nature of the service we provide. We will offer reprints for faulty or damaged goods being notified 48 hours after the prints have been delivered. For damaged and faulty goods, photographic evidence must be provided before re-printing is offered. All cancellations must be made before the job has been sent to print. Once the print has completed no cancellation can be offered.

8. COMPLAINTS

All complaints regarding the service you have received from Purple Spot must be made within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. All complaints will be assessed by the company Directing Manager and if deemed it necessary  a reprint may be offered. All complaints made after the 48 hour period will be void and offers for reprinting will not be made.
